Cancellation and Refund Policy
At Yatriko.com, we understand that travel plans can change and unforeseen circumstances may arise. The following policy outlines our general guidelines for cancellations and refunds. Please note that final terms and conditions vary depending on the type of package, destination, and supplier policies, and will always be clearly stated in your confirmed itinerary or booking confirmation.
1. General Conditions
All cancellation or modification requests must be made in writing via email or directly through your assigned Yatriko travel consultant.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after approval.
Flight tickets, visa fees, insurance, and other non-refundable components will follow their respective supplier or airline policies.
Yatriko acts as a facilitator between customers and third-party service providers; all refunds are therefore subject to supplier approval and timelines.
No refund claim will be accepted solely based on this general policy if the final itinerary specifies otherwise.
2. FIT / Customized Itinerary
Each customized travel plan (FIT) is designed and priced based on live availability and specific supplier conditions.
Accordingly, it follows a standard refund and cancellation policy which will:
Be clearly mentioned in your final itinerary, and
Be explained to you by our team at the time of booking.
These terms may vary depending on hotel, activity, and transport partners involved. Some elements may be fully or partially non-refundable based on supplier policies.
3. Group Packages
Booking Period – More Than 90 Days Before Departure
30% of booking amount is non-refundable.
In case of visa refusal, ₹45,000 per person (for Schengen visa) is non-refundable; the remaining balance will be refunded.
Flight refunds as per airline policy.
No refunds within 30 days prior to departure.
Booking Period – 90 to 30 Days Before Departure
30% of booking amount is non-refundable.

No refunds within 30 days prior to departure.

4. Force Majeure / Exceptional Circumstances
In case of events beyond our control — such as natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, or government restrictions — Yatriko will make every effort to reschedule your trip or issue a partial refund in accordance with the policies of the service providers involved.
Yatriko will not be held liable for additional costs, losses, or delays caused by such circumstances.
5. Important Note
This policy serves as a standard guideline and may be subject to change depending on the package or service provider.
The final cancellation, refund, and payment terms for your booking will be communicated at the time of booking and listed in your final itinerary.
By confirming your booking with Yatriko, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the specific cancellation and refund terms applicable to your itinerary.
