Booking & Payments
- All bookings are subject to availability.
- A booking is confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment.
- The balance payment must be made as per the timeline shared at the time of booking.
Pricing
- Prices are based on current rates and may change due to currency fluctuations, changes in taxes, or supplier revisions.
- Any increase in cost will be communicated before final confirmation.
Inclusions & Exclusions
- All inclusions will be clearly mentioned in your itinerary/package.
- Anything not specified under “Inclusions” will be considered as an exclusion and charged separately.
Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellation charges vary depending on the destination, season, and service providers.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per the supplier’s policy and after deducting applicable charges.
Visa & Documentation
- Yatriko will provide visa assistance but approval is solely at the discretion of the respective embassy/consulate.
- We are not responsible for any visa rejections or delays.
Travel Insurance
- We recommend all travelers have valid travel insurance.
- Yatriko can assist in arranging insurance but is not responsible for claim settlements.
Responsibility & Liability
- Yatriko acts as an agent for transport, accommodation, and activity providers, and is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, political unrest, strikes).
- Travelers are responsible for their personal belongings during the trip.
Health & Safety
- It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure they are medically fit for the journey.
- Any medical costs incurred during the trip are the traveler’s responsibility.
Changes in Itinerary
- Yatriko reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances.
